We have the choice to create our life from the ‘outside in’ or the ‘inside out’.
When we endeavour to create our life from the ‘outside in’; we gravitate towards changing things outside of ourselves in order to create a profound shift in how we are acting, thinking and feeling. When we approach life from the ‘outside in’, we find it difficult to connect with who we are and what we truly want. This, in turn, leads to fatigue, frustration and overwhelm.
When we create our life from the ‘inside out’; we are primarily focused on our own feelings, thoughts and actions. When we focus, in this way, we come to experience how evoking changes within ourselves leads to changes within our world. This experience leads us to an enthusiastic and empowered perspective of life.
When we approach life from the ‘inside out’ it is only a matter of time before we find our life deeply transformed.
