Acknowledge What is Real

It is important to acknowledge what is real for us.

Acknowledging what is real frees us from judgement and allows us to place our focus on how we can contribute within our lives and towards one another’s happiness.

Human beings become judgemental when they fail to express what they are experiencing right now, whether it be positive or negative. Judgemental human beings fail to take action because they are always blaming everything on other people in an attempt to avoid responsibility. The trouble is that avoiding responsibility does not really work, because when we blame other people… nothing changes.

We free ourselves up to contribute when we acknowledge what is real for us. It is through the powerful action of contribution that we can change our lives into whatever we want.
